YES Toronto was formed with a simple mission: to advocate for leadership that says yes to a better, more affordable, and more livable city. 

YES Toronto is a not-for-profit made up of residents from across the political spectrum—people who care deeply about city-building and believe Toronto can do better. We’re working to elect leaders who take responsibility, make tough choices, and deliver real results.

What We Stand For:

• Leadership that shows up. YES to a Mayor and Council who show up when it counts and have the courage to make difficult decisions.

• A growing, affordable economy. YES to good jobs, smart growth, and responsible budgeting, to make Toronto more affordable for those who live and work here.

• Reliable services. YES to getting the basics right— putting people ahead of vanity projects.

• Getting the city moving. YES to less traffic and addressing congestion with practical solutions.

• More homes, in more places. YES to building more homes in more parts of the city to allow people to live in Toronto.

• Safe communities. YES to making public spaces safe, restoring order and enforcing the law fairly.

Toronto was a place known for opportunity, safety, reliable services, and a high quality of life. People came here to build their futures—and stayed because it felt like home.
